Vista Village is a 30 acre master planned redevelopment
project centrally located in downtown Vista, California.
The
City of Vista invested over $80 million
in land acquisitions
and site improvements.
Vista Village is a regionally oriented retail/entertainment
project exceeding 400,000 square feet and serves the communities of North San Diego County.
The project encircles the City’s aquatic
facilities that service all of the local scholastic
organizations and the community at large. The
first two phases of the project total approximately
220,000 square feet. Phase 1 is a 135,000 square
foot retail/entertainment project anchored by
a state-of-the-art, 15-screen, all stadium theater.
The balance of the project includes 65,000 square
feet of full service restaurants, casual dining,
fast food establishments and a variety of retail
businesses. Phase 2 is an 85,000 square foot
retail center.
The “Main Street” appeal of the new
construction blends into the existing downtown
to the South enhancing the pedestrian retail/entertainment
experience.
