As the master developer of a 3,000-acre lakefront property area in the City of Lake Elsinore, we are moving forward with development of the initial phase of The Diamond within the project area. This
mixed-use commercial/retail development
will feature a major anchor, a variety of national and regional retailers, and a
suitable balance of housing. The site is
within the 87-acre Diamond Specific Plan which at build out will include a hotel, approximately 900,000 square feet of retail, office and education center, and 600 residential units all surrounding the Diamond Stadium, home of the Storm Baseball Team. Our mission is to create a vibrant community center atmosphere within the Ballpark District to complement the adjacent 1,481 lot Summerly master planned community.
