The Fourth Street Promenade is the redevelopment
of a downtown city block area of mixed commercial
uses that will combine with the adjoining convention
center to unite the City’s central business
district with the Historic Fourth Street Commercial
District.
The Promenade will feature a pedestrian friendly
“Main Street” with plazas and retail
shops. Parking
will be a mixture of
at-grade and structured garages.
At the heart of this project is a state-of-the-art, 14-screen cinema (50,000 s.f.). In addition, the entrance of the cinema is surrounded by 12,000 s.f. of retail.
This project has been the catalyst for, and provided the opportunity for, the City and other businesses to create a true
destination to live, shop, and be entertained
