The Windermere Townhomes project consists of 63
attached homes in a private and secure environmental
setting. These spacious two- and three-bedroom
townhomes offer three beautiful designs with up
to 1,750 square feet. Each townhome benefits from
the convenience and security of an attached garage.
The project was built in conjunction with a regional
shopping center through a joint venture development
agreement with a nationally recognized retail
developer. The entire project was a redevelopment
effort that was successfully accomplished in cooperation
with the City of La Mirada Redevelopment Agency.
Like most redevelopment projects, Windermere was
an infill project which demanded that extra sensitivity
be given to its surrounding community. From the
project’s architectural theme to its traffic
patterns, it was important to integrate all aspects
of the project into the existing urban fabric
of the neighborhood.
The 63 townhomes were successfully marketed and
sold to young professionals, first-time home buyers
and empty nesters.
